Refund policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that all the details on the order confirmation are correct. Charges incurred due to the incorrect details will not be refunded.

Homeandbaby branded merchandise are warrant against manufacturer’s fault. Should your purchase not be appropriate, we welcomes Returns & Exchanges within 30 days of the original date of purchase in unused condition, in their original state and packaging. An original receipt must be produced to show proof of purchase. Please note that this is not applicable for sale items.

Please contact us for a Returns & Exchanges form, this shall be emailed to you and includes all appropriate information to assist you in the process. Please print this, fill out all relevant fields and return to the address provided.

Upon receiving your return we shall be in touch to notify you of details to confirm your exchange. Although we strive to fulfill a fast turnaround period please allow 10 days during peak times.

The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to Homeandbaby , we recommend a traceable mode of delivery as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced. An additional postage charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.

Exchanges/returns are not possible when:

  • the item has been personalised or used.
  • an attempt has been made to repair any defect of the item.
  • on custom made personalised orders, sale or discounted items.

All purchases are Non-Refundable. For hygiene purposes, merchandise categorized under bedding and feeding items (unless faulty) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In addition, merchandise sold as promotional sale items are not covered in the exchange policy. All exchanges are at the sole discretion of Homeandbaby and any decisions made by the Company is final.

DEFECTIVE / FAULTY ITEMS RECEIVED

We apologize if you received a defective/faulty item. Please inform us by taking a snapshot and details of the defective area and sending it to us at homeandbabymarketing@gmail.com.

*Please note: that we cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, and undergarments.

LOST OR DAMAGE ITEM ON DEILIVERY

If your package was lost or damage on delivery please contact us so that we can investigate the delivery with the package carrier.

Lost or damaged packages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the carrier-reported delivery date. Unfortunately, package theft is increasingly common, and we are not responsible for items stolen from residences or businesses.


In the rare event that a package is lost, we will work with the shipping company to conduct a lost package search.


In most cases of damaged packages, we will need to inspect the damaged product before sending a replacement. In cases in which the shipping company confirms it damaged the package, a replacement can be sent once the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.
